Recent bread machine adventures

The other night I made some sourdough bread from a mix:

It went very well with steak.

Then last night I made some pizza:

I forgot to get a green pepper, but other than that it was very good. I’m getting better at making it round, don’t you agree?

  1. That looks pretty good as it is. However, have you thought about trying either a red, yellow, or orange pepper? I’ve always thought green peppers were just too bitter so we get the package of colored ones from CostCo. Not bitter and really brighten up any dish.

  2. This was the first time I made it with red pepper only (they’re there, just hidden by the sauce, I guess). Every other time it’s had both green and red. See previous pictures in that album (click “Bread”).
