I was just in a Longs Drug Store to pick up a prescription and walked past a display which offered up 3-packs of Hanes men’s classic brief underwear. $9.59. $9.59?!? For basic white underwear? That’s a helluva markup, considering you can buy a package of seven of the things directly from Hanes for $8.99. Sheesh.
