That was Usain Bolt’s time as he won the 100-meter dash in London today. It’s an Olympic record, but it’s 0.05 slower(!) than the world record of 9.58, also held by Bolt. My goodness that’s fast. Believe it or not, it’s a full second faster than it was 100 years ago.

Upcoming books
