Ingredients
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 cup quick cooking oats
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup molasses
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/3 cups water
1/4 cup honey
This came out as more a dessert or breakfast bread, unlike the one served at Stuart Anderson’s that I tried to imitate. It’s still pretty good, though.
