Got a phone call from the NRA this afternoon. They played a recording of their VP Wayne LaPierre in which he spouted his usual scary stuff about politicians shredding the Second Amendment and taking away guns from proud owners like me. Then a lady named Susan Skinner came on the line to say “What did you think of Wayne’s message, Mr. Linkmeister?”

Well. “I think Wayne LaPierre is one of the most evil men in America,” I said, “and I despise him and his organization. Thank you very much.”

And I felt good saying it!
