Is the one on the right silicone-coated? We have some of those, and they seem to get rusty after a time. I mean, I guess they all do, but not what you really expect.
Two words for you: Parts tray. If you find yourself taking apart someting with tiny screws or nuts or other pieces, you’re going to really wish you had some sort of tray with a raised edge to keep things from falling on the floor! Also good as a base for dyeing Easter Eggs, or a place to set up paints, brushes etc. if you do that sort of thing. Waste not, want not!
No, this one is non-stick steel. I have a flexible silicone sheet I’ve used for drop cookies on top of the old one and probably will on this one, but I didn’t see any coated ones like you describe. Hey, I was in Safeway, not Executive Chef or Williams-Sonoma.
Ooh, Harold, good idea!
…also wet boot tray, litterbox tray (for catching litter that gets kicked out of the box), cat/dog food bowl holder, drip pan, gong…
