Mac users: I have a bunch of scanned .jpg photos on a flash drive, and when I import them into iPhoto I get a notice that some 104 of them are in an “unrecognized format” and they won’t import. I can read the photos from the flash drive in Preview just fine. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over?
