Whoever said “It’s not the destination, it’s the journey” didn’t mean that catchy phrase to apply to elections. It’s the freakin’ destination, man! A Daily Kos diarist posted photographic reminders of elections in other times and other places. I’ll never forget the lines I saw on television in the first post-apartheid election in South Africa.
