From this view you’d think there was no reason to renovate the bathroom. What it doesn’t show is the water stain at the back of the tub and the shower head so clogged it barely sprays at all. The toilet seat lid is obviously torn at its seam, but that in itself not enough to change everything out, right?

Tomorrow I can finally use the shower!
Every few months soak the shower head in white vinegar which dissolves the calcium build up….like you do for your coffee maker. Cleans it up clean as a whistle!
Good idea. The old one didn’t screw on. It was all one piece (it was really really old, like 1969-old), so I couldn’t just replace it without breaking tile. That’s what led us to this entire renovation.
It will work of you fill a zillow. Bag w with the vinegAr and ductape it on the showerhead or to the wall behind it. Next time
