The shower head no longer sprays, the wallpaper has begun to peel at the seams and the bathtub isn’t quite level; once you start on one aspect of repair you inevitably find more that should be done “while we’re fixing that.” So now it’s new tile for the tub walls, tile “to match” for the floor, paint instead of wallpaper.

Hopefully this takes no more than a week.
