I managed to squeeze a 6 – 7 foot Douglas fir into the Mini this morning. I wrapped a sheet around it in an attempt to keep it from dropping too many needles in the car, and that turned out successful, which is a blessing. The commercial vacuum cleaners at gas stations don’t have the necessary attachments to the hose to really do a good job cleaning out all the holes and slots cars seem to have inside.

I wish I’d had the sense to take a picture of the tree inside the car, but I didn’t. Ah well.
