That means it’s time for me to mention Fanblogs again. It’s a good site for all your college football news, conveniently sorted by conference (if you know what conference your favorite school is in this season).

Here’s their take on Week One of the season. They were off by a degree or two in their pick of South Carolina over Vanderbilt last night; they expected SC to win handily, and it took a late touchdown to defeat the Commodores.

Unfortunately I have to concur with their expectations of the other SC game. Southern Cal opens with the University of Hawai’i in the LA Coliseum tomorrow afternoon, and they don’t give UH any hope. Neither do I.
