I am hard-pressed to think of a single thing about South Carolina’s politicians that is worthy of approving, but I’ll give the state elections people credit for one thing: they scheduled the primary on a Saturday. That’s a lot more convenient for people to get to the polling booths than Tuesday.

Now if only the rest of the country would follow along, particularly the Feds.
