You know, when Rick Perry said “oops” the other night, he was roundly ridiculed. Perry’s not a bank. JP Morgan Chase essentially confused one property with another, took $14K worth of household goods from it, and then, when confronted with its mistake, said “Oops.”

And that’s all. The local law enforcement people say it’s not criminal behavior. I differ, as does Fred Clark from whom I got this story. It looks like theft to me, even if inadvertent theft.
