  1. That was the problem I always had when I baked bread on a regular basis. I never did find out how long the bread would keep because it was never around more than a day and a half after I finished baking it.

    But – oh did it taste good. 🙂

  2. 3 slices = perfect amount for French toast!

    I made some French toast a day ago – it’s just not right when you’re using fiber bread with seeds and stuff in it. Sigh.
