Six people ate all but three slices of it. I guess that means it was approved.

That was the problem I always had when I baked bread on a regular basis. I never did find out how long the bread would keep because it was never around more than a day and a half after I finished baking it.
But – oh did it taste good. 🙂
3 slices = perfect amount for French toast!
I made some French toast a day ago – it’s just not right when you’re using fiber bread with seeds and stuff in it. Sigh.
Shelley tells me challah is the best bread for French toast. I made some a while back, but I didn’t try that with it.
