Since all this “Gang of Six” has produced is an outline of a deficit reduction plan, I don’t see any way in hell it could be passed before August 2 when the debt ceiling must be raised. So can there be some kind of continuing resolution to raise it while the bill is marked up? I don’t think that will fly with the House loonies Republicans.
