Today the US House of Representatives decided that women’s health was far less important than deficits by defunding Planned Parenthood. Why? Because the pro-forced pregnancy crowd can’t tolerate the roughly 3% of its work providing abortions to women who want them. Never mind the 35% of its work that is contraception-related, the 34% of its work that is STD education- and testing-related, the 17% of its work that is cancer-related, or the 10% of its work that has to do with pre-natal and pregnancy care.

No one who cares about women should vote for a Republican for any public office, even city council or school board. They can’t be trusted to care about 51% of the population.
