  1. Alas, my thanksgiving dinner will not contribute to the mass slaughter of turkeys this year. I am having dinner with my son, at his mothers house – who is a vegitarian. I am afraid, very afraid of what the “turkey” is going to be made of, because my child insists his mother is making a fake turkey. I am thankfull, that I get to spend thanksgiving with my ex and fake turkey – because that means my son can spend it with his momma and papa.
I am also thankfull for friends who will pack me up plenty of turkey and fixins. No less than five families from church are making me care packages, as well as three non-church friends. I fear that the plateau my weight took a hault at is going to be a memory soon. Instead of cursing 175, I will be wishing for her good old days.
