NPUT
If think it would be fitting (and helpful) if the d – backs now walk it off the Giants in the 9th to complete the comeback (please) 🙂
Argh. Not to be.
On the bright side, there was additional evidence that https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/b934eb8d4d0785941ecc00e1dd41ee26d9660f846aa1c552cdbe3bc8952606e4.png
Josiah Gray had a very good first outing for the Nats (gnot the Gnats) tonight (Monday). Five innings, only four hits (one a solo homer) and two walks. Left trailing, but DC later took the lead.
The average score for this series was basically 9-3. Too bad Dodgers couldn’t have swept!
(But they are 11-2 vs AZ so far this season – so it’s not too tough to swallow.)
So far so good!
Woo-Hoo!!
Just when it looked as if they might get nothing…
Seems odd that we are resting Muncy today when we are off tomorrow and again on Thursday.
Buncha roster moves today, including Mookie. https://twitter.com/BlakeHarrisTBLA/status/1421891853008326659?s=20
I wish Vin would come back, even if for just one game per year. https://twitter.com/SBRadio/status/1421229627847053313?s=20
Ramirez forgot to shake hands with Barnes! Lol
Ha! I was just saying how calm he looked. Maybe not…

Ballgame!!
Dodgers win!
Woo-HOO!!! Now, go Snakes!
Woo-HOO!!! Now, go Snakes!
Ramirez looking good so far.
He’s done exactly what they hoped for, in the situation they’d hoped for.
Very calm and collected on the mound.
AZ has 13 straight vs SF and SD coming up. Let’s go Arizona!!!
Before this series, they had won seven of their last ten, and they’ll be getting some post-COVID reinforcements.
Just saw this on ESPN. Since 1995, teams in first place going into August finish first 72% of the time.
Dodgers hoping to be part of the 28%.
Me too.
Dodgers currently 3.5 back of San Fran. Although that should change back to 3 within the hour.
Pollocks so hot, he’s so hot. He’s the bleeding volcano.

Laugher!!
Been listening on radio while working on a new front walkway.
I’m in favor of laughter.
It is now officially a laugher, and we can probably expect to see Yefry Ramírez.
Until we got to 11 it was only a chortle.
In reality, though, they go to 12 or more. https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/79127db0538549febf833b661c3d89affde98014f55080df43c98f2357d1c1ca.png
Craaaaazy game! Every time I look in we get another few runs!
Gotta keep piling it on. You know Doc is going to want to play with his new toy. Yefry Ramirez.
I’d call 2 outs on 3 pitches efficient Julio
Wow. Pollock batting .300. Dudes been on fire.
¡Tío Alberto de nuevo!
Woot!!
Mookie looks as if he could be an outfielder one day.
Mckinstry:
Last 7 days, 000, 0-for-8
Last 14 days, .071, 1-for-14
Last 28 days, .111, 5-for-45.
That’s Bellinger territory
We had such high hopes for him coming off the IL.
Given what he showed last year and before being injured this year, I wouldn’t give up on him – but sending him down now makes sense.
Yefry Ramirez, 27, the newest addition to our bullpen. He is a righty. In 15 games with OKC this season: 5.94 ERA, 1.524 WHIP, 3-3. MLB career: 30 games with the Orioles and Pirates, all in 2018 and 2019, 1-10, 6.32 ERA, 1.628 WHIP, signed as a free agent in March.
Pujols as a Dodger against lefties: .324/.359/.595/.954, 6 HRs, 27 RBIs, 10 Ks, 2 BBs, in 74 ABs.
Great to have Betts and Seager in the lineup together. Betts is at second base, where he has played 17 innings since 2014.
Muncy sits today. https://twitter.com/DodgerYard/status/1421894491238289410?s=20
