Kenley is on a pace to pitch in 110 games, beating Mike Marshall’s team (and MLB) record of 106.
hopefully there will be more blowouts (our way of course) which could prevent that happening
I hope he doesn’t!
Kenley is less than an inning per appearance. Iron Arm pitched 208 innings that year! Improving our run differential would help. It’s now at 0.5, where 2nd half last year 1.2. It seems like more, but one-run games at around 30% is the same as all of last year, but we have been in seven X-inning games already, compared to 15 all of last year.
Just saw vision of Turner’s RBI single. He landed that ball exactly where he wanted to with that swing
About time.
good to get back in the winners circle!
Zack has the attitude he and Kersh developed the beginning of last year: ‘If it’s meant to be, it’s up to me.’
Hanley!
“has come home” , says Vin.
A HUGE lead!
which is now unfortunately a bit smaller
And it’s likely all my fault!
If you say so 🙂
Ok, now it’s huge 🙂
Right!
Puig!
The Bison is back?
He grimaced a bit after that encounter with Puig.
Sure seems that the Dodgers have to huff and puff and barely get a run . . . while the opposition (except AZ) scores effortlessly.
I know that’s not the case, and the pitching IS good . . . but the offense isn’t holding up their end of the bargain.
Agreed. Everyone but Dee and Adrian is slumping.
And neither are in the game tonight . . . ?
Bring ’em in, Uribear!
(He did, by the time Disqus admitted me)
I feel sorry for Lancaster (good news for Kershaw though)

If he just tries to get the ball over the plate with live hitters they may have some success, in which case we’ll all panic.
As we did when his spring training numbers were bad…
Thrill of a lifetime for those kids. Something to tell the grandchildren.
