Were they crispy?
Anodized steel, I think. They’re non-stick, and they’re reasonably heavy, so not a lightweight alloy. They got crispy enough, but I want to try them with some corn tortillas after they’ve gotten to room temp (when straight from the fridge they tend to rip apart when folding them into the molded bowl shape).
