The State of Hawai’i doesn’t give out nifty “I voted” stickers, just the torn-off stub from the ballot. Economy!
We had 20 (twenty!) City Charter Amendments and 2 State Constitutional Amendments to vote on in addition to the Federal offices. Annoyingly for those who’d prefer competition in politics, my State House District race was over in the primaries; the winner had no opposition in the General Election.
With all the people, plus state AND county AND local propositions, I had 41 items on my voting List! Not sure this is a “win.”
I don’t vote for unopposed candidates.
My unopposed candidates weren’t even on the ballot.
The savings probably extends the rail three feet! ?
Oh I’m sad. That was supposed to be hysterically laughing face, not a qquestion mark. Boo.
