I want to test the Mini’s handling on a nice windy road today. Instead I’m watching the As – Giants game while reading 1634: The Baltic War and thawing a hunk of London Broil for dinner. I’ve already bought some fresh mushrooms to slice up and sauté to go with it; now I need someone to remind me I’ve cooked them when I’m serving up. I always forget I’ve got mushrooms on the warming tray when I’m plating Mom’s dinner. Always! I don’t know what it is that makes me forget them, but I invariably do.

It’s weird.
