I’ve got three small cysts scattered around my body in nicely-accessible places, and I’m having them removed today. Only local anesthesia will be used, so I’m expecting to be sore but functional when the short procedures are done.
I’m posting this only so I can refer back to the time I had these done. I have trouble remembering what year my knee incident took place, and I don’t want that to happen again.
I think the knee incident was before I began following your blog, but you have my entire sympathy. And I thought osteoarthritis and knee replacement surgery was tough to live with!
The knee incident was in 1998, I think (this is why I blog about personal medical events; I lose track otherwise). I didn’t start blogging till 2001.
