Traffic starts to back up on the westbound freeway around 3:00pm along this stretch of roadway.
I have a doctor’s appointment at the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System at Tripler Army Medical Center at 2:30pm today. Where is that?
Just north of that section of the freeway. How do I best get from my home to there? Via that freeway.

That is everyone rushing to get out of the way of all the traffic coming starting around 3:30. I call it the pre-rush hour rush hour. It’s beastly and almost as bad as the real rush hour. (sigh) Lucky you live Hawaii!! 🙂
