Good job Bobby. Would be sweet to get some runs this inning and put him in line for a win.
Somewhat encouraging.
Yes. He made progress.
Bobby's release point looks awful, but Carroll helps him out.
Fryers getting burned in Texas, but Barves blew it to Gnats in Atlanta.

Bullpen was not good but offense picked them up.
The Snakepen was worse.
Gurriel made a pathetically weak throw.
I’m kinda shocked and very happy!
When you are down by one with two outs and nobody on in the 9th and you then score a pair, it is shocking (in a positive way).
And utterly delightful.
Wow! What a win! I am utterly delighted.
They heard you were back Scoop.
Ha! (And thanks). I won’t be a stranger
Walk Off!!
Woo-HOO!!!!!!!
Teo’s turn…
Wah-Ooh!!!!
FREDDIE ties it!
Up to Freddie.
Still alive! Nice double, Will!
Ooph. Ohtani missed one there.
This would be a tough loss to swallow. At least the Padres lost.
Best reliever grooves one.
Crap!!
Tight. Very tight.
C'mon CT3.
sigh
I have faith in you, Jay-Hey…
And a weirdly similar bunt!
Weirdly similar short stop misplay by DBacks.
Yep, lead off walks always seem to come back to bite you.
At least when they score…
Okay guys. Get a few back.
Treinen does not inspire confidence.
You have got to be kidding. Unacceptable.
That Moreno walk was the problem.
Despite the disappointing weekend in San Francisco, the Dodgers 8-4 since Mookie got hurt.
I have been out of the loop for a few days. Our daughter bought us tickets to see Garth Brooks in Las Vegas last Saturday night. I am not a big Country Western fan, but he put on a great show. We had a wonderful time although it reached about 110 degrees during the day and Vegas is definitely not my favorite city.
Hey Scoop. Good to see you.
Thanks. I missed you all and this blog.
We missed you as well!
I like parts of Nevada, but you couldn't pay me enough to visit Vegas.
Sounds like fun. I actually love Las Vegas!
It’s a hard city, particularly for people trying to make money by putting on “shows” at night on the sidewalks.
That had the scent of inevitability about it after the walk and the pitching coach visit..
Just the way we planned it.
Sho-Boom, De-Lux!!!!
SHOHEI!!!
I’m very tired of Walker getting hits.
Otherwise butterfingers
I think Rojas was so thrown by the first ball squirting out of his hand that he muffed that second play!
113 mph also played a part
Hard contact off Vesia.
Yeah it was a hot shot for sure. But I’m used to seeing Miggy get those.
Rats!!
We’re hitting balls hard but right at them.
Time for some crooked-number scoring.
And some stolen bases
Lux seems to make a good play at critical times.
I reverse jinxed it!
Retroactive futuring.
Yes! That could charge up his confidence a bit!
Whew. Could have been much worse.
Good change up there.
One more, Bobby.
Finally got an out.
This is shaping up to be a disastrous inning.
It sure looked that way.
Time to get somebody up, quick!
Oh Bobby. Sigh.
For what it's worth, this is MLBTV's free Game of the Day.
¡Miércoles en lunes!
Willy Wheels.
Struggling with the breaking ball command.
Struggling with everything, but free-swinging Snakes have helped him out.
Going the other way rather than trying to pull everything.
I’m happy to see CT3 hitting so much better.
Teo for three.
Sure hope Miller can get his breaking stuff working.
George Takei throw out first pitch on Japanese Heritage Night. Mr Sulu is 87 years old.
And he was interned during WWII.
Wow. I didn't know that. A sad spot in American history.
1962 Johnny Podres ties a major league mark record, striking out eight consecutive batters in LA's 5-1 victory over Philadelphia. The 29-year-old southpaw's streak begins with the third out in the top of the fourth frame and ends after the first out in the seventh inning of the Dodger Stadium contest.
1995 Dodger right-hander Hideo Nomo, leading the National League in strikeouts, becomes the first player from Japan selected for the major league All-Star game. As the starter for the Senior Circuit, the 26-year-old rookie tosses two scoreless innings in National League's 3-2 victory over their American League rivals at The Ballpark in Arlington.
2019 The Dodgers overcome a 4-3 deficit with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning when the Diamondbacks' bullpen walk five consecutive batters, including Cody Bellinger's base-on-balls forcing in the winning run. The last time the Chavez Ravine club got a walk-off win with a walk was when Bellinger drew the fourth consecutive free pass issued by the Royals relievers, plating the winning run in a 5-4 extra-inning victory in 2017.
