So lemme get this straight. If Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders wins and nominates Judge Garland, you’d give him a fair hearing, but you’re not willing to give him a hearing now because the guy who was re-elected by 5 million votes in 2012 is in the last year of his term? Last I looked, Americans elected Presidents to serve four years, not three.
