Tributes?

You know you’ve been around a long time when somebody decides there are not only enough of your songs but enough of a market that a tribute album is warranted. That’s what happened to Jackson Browne back in 2014 when this was made. As you might guess, there’s enough for a two-disk album, featuring such artists as Don Henley, Bonnie Raitt, The Indigo Girls, Lyle Lovett, Shawn Colvin, Bruce Springsteen with Patti Scialfa, Bruce Hornsby and long-time friend J.D. Souther.

Here’s a beautiful rendition of one of his lesser-known songs from The Pretender by Sara and Sean Watkins of the band Nickel Creek.
