A little ground beef, a little andouille and a little onion plus an envelope of McCormack’s Chili seasoning (yes, I’m cheating. I lost my favorite chili recipe about 15 years ago, and I can’t be bothered to try to recreate it for only two people.) makes for a warming dinner on a wet and cool night.
