Bucket list additions

I was looking at Facebook last night and noticed a Van Morrison song and You Tube video posted by a guy I know, and it seemed worth a listen and viewing.

The trouble is, the videoed road off the interstate leading to a state park in Montana intrigued me, as did the very idea of the Lewis and Clark Caverns; I’d had no idea there were such caves. My familiarity with Lewis and Clark sites is limited to the areas along the northern Oregon and southern Washington coasts called the Lewis and Clark National Historical Park.

Anyway, I started looking up the Caverns at the Montana State Parks website, and from there I moved on to Glacier National Park, which I’d really like to see before the glaciers are gone for good.

And so was spent the better part of an hour-and-a-half last evening.

  1. OOOh you used an outlawed phrase! You rebel! ha ha

But you just reminded me of that glacial photography timeline web site I found awhile back that was both beautiful & worrisome. And now I can’t seem to find it… ?

Anyway, you make me feel so pedestrian with my current fascination with calm Japanese cat videos. ha

  2. ha ha! “bucket list”… Did you see that a few weeks ago about the phrases that ought to be banned. Like “fiscal cliff” and “trending”. 😀

But just take a deep breath and watch some calm Japanese cat vidieos.
