Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms and grandmoms out there in reader-land. We had take-out Eggs Benedict and pancakes from the coffee shop down at the bottom of the hill to celebrate Mom’s day. There is much to be said for soaking up excess Hollandaise sauce with hash browned potatoes.
