Here’s a shot of our plumeria tree (also known much more romantically as frangipani) at the south end of our yard, with the pool, the new railing and a portion of the new deck visible. One of the things we didn’t think about was that when the plumeria blooms it oozes a sap-like substance which is now dripping onto the surface of our brand-new deck. It appears that a diluted mix of Simple Green and water will clean it off, but it was an unpleasant surprise when we realized what was happening.
