  1. If we’re pulling in Paul Simon songs, I have to rate Kodachrome over Late in the Evening – although it’s good too. Everything that man wrote is good. For a performance I got an arrangement for soprano of An American Tune and it’s one of the most rhythmically complex things I’ve ever sung!

  2. Well, this is just iTunes’ random selection. If I were going to pick my favorite Paul Simon song, it would take an hour. Kathy’s Song or Sounds of Silence, maybe. But for sheer beauty of melody, I’d go with Bridge Over Troubled Water.

  3. I can’t argue with you there, although I always stopped and listened to The Boxer – and who can forget the opening lines of Lincoln Duncan??
