How wonderful it would be to have a President with an eloquent grasp of the language…with which to articulate intelligent thoughts and ideas. I’ve almost forgotten what that’s like. The blurb above suggests a bored person who is obligated to say something without having anything to say. Or the interest required to think of anything.
