Padres at Phillies, 4:45 PM PDT, TV: Fox
The Padres start RHP Mike Clevinger (7-7, 4.33 ERA regular season; 0-1, 13.50 ERA postseason). He’ll face the Phillies’ LHP Bailey Falter (6-4, 3.86 ERA regular season; no postseason appearances). This may be a bullpen game for the Phillies, who lead the series two games to one.

Should be wearing Dodger colors, though. https://twitter.com/thirdcoastcards/status/1583866011391959040?s=20&t=ceuFrYbF5O1w00WSa1y4yQ
Hoskins homers with a man on, cuts Padres’ lead in half.
Well, i’m in favor of seven-game series.
I’d still prefer to see five (Spoiler: I’ve not seen a single live pitch, though I did watch MLBTV’s condensed game late last night).
I meant I’d prefer the series be extended as far as can be, whether seven or five. More baseball is better, since there’s a four month hiatus until we get it again.
I considered the season over when the Dodgers were eliminated, leaving arguably the worst-ever final four LCS matchups.
Well then. The Phillies win and take a 3-1 series lead.
Not sad about that.
Me neither.

Now 6-6.
The game is now tied at 4-4 in the fifth inning.
Bullpen game for both sides, it appears.
“Falter” seems an appropriate name for the Fillies’ starter.
