OUR LAST REUNION

THE 50TH TJHS CLASS OF ‘68

This announcement is being sent to all former classmates who have confirmed to attend the reunion as well as those who are still a “maybe”. The reunion committee is close to finalizing the reunion agenda and expects to have it to you in the next few weeks. Meanwhile, please review the following:

HOTEL RESERVATIONS For those of you who intend to take advantage of our special rate of only $99 per night at the Hilton McLean we urge you to please make your reservations as soon as possible. You can make your reservation on line by simply clicking on this link: https://book.passkey.com/e/49565708. The rate is applicable for the 20th through the 23rd. You can cancel three days prior to your arrival date without penalty. PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS BY NO LATER THAN JULY 15.

REUNION REGISTRATION FEE-- $115 PER PERSON You will soon be receiving an invoice for your registration fee via email from Pete Hyland. He will be processing your payments and handling payment of the reunion costs incurred at the hotel through his meeting/convention management company The Hyland Group. The registration fee covers the cost of our use of the Continental Ballroom and dinner. Payment will need to be paid by check payable to The Hyland Group. PAYMENT NEEDS TO BE RECEIVED BY NO LATER THAN JULY 15.

PICTURES We want to put together a digital collage of pictures from our high school years to be shown on the hotel’s monitors in the lobby and during the final banquet. If any of you have pictures of any school related events, classmates, teachers, or of anything that you feel would be relevant to the reunion please send it so we can add it to our collage. You can simply take a picture of the picture with your phone or make a copy and forward via email to pete@hylandgroup.com.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!! Along with this announcement we have provided each of you a list of classmates whom we do not have any contact information. Please review it to see if there are any classmates you have been in touch with and/or know how to reach them. Provide their contact information to Steve Timberlake (stimb@prodigy.net) and he will make sure they receive a reunion invite. And by all means feel free to personally reach out to any of these classmates to inform them of the reunion and encourage them to attend. And for those who are still a MAYBE—we are working hard to make the 50th reunion a fun and worthwhile experience.
